Job description:

Our client provides services to prestigious motor manufacturers & dealers, own a network of 37 operations centres and employs over 900 staff.   This is a really great job with a superb company who are recruiting for an experienced and suitably qualified Automotive Technician to carry out the role of a Mobile Roadside Technician. 

There are positions available in Southampton, Winchester, Salisbury, Heathrow, Watford, Yeovil, Taunton, Glastonbury, Leeds, Bradford & Wakefield and applicants should live central to these locations.

This job involves:
* Providing an effective and knowledgeable roadside assistance service to customers. 
* Attending breakdowns to repair vehicles
* Making full use of all the equipment and training provided
* Informing the Operations Centre on the outcome of each job
* Requesting further assistance if need be.

Excellent customer skills are as essential as good vehicle technician / repair abilities.  You will be responsible for keeping your vehicle tidy and stocked with the correct parts.  On occasion, you will also provide technical assistance on the telephone to help other operators, customers and co-ordinators.
